My body is definitly hatin' on me today. Either the day before or on the first day of my period... I get these KILLER cramps. We're talkin' fetal-position, hot flashes, cold sweats, crying, nausea, discomfort... The whole works on the really bad months.
This month... decided to be a really bad month. And I had to go through most of it while I was at Colton's.
Boys/Men just don't understand cramps. They just don't get the whole menstrual cycle. So that's why I just stood around in ToGo and cried and shuffled back and forth and didn't ask to go home. Because my manager, Tony, would have just given me that "whatever" look and not let me leave anyway. I was a fucking heroine slash goddess slash martyr today.
I really need to go to the doctor. This shit used to happen maybe two or three times a year. Now it happens almost every month.... Sometimes two days in a row. Sure... it only last for two or three hours... But it's a horrifying two or three hours... I'm sure it's somewhat comparable to the pain of childbirth. Yes... I will be drugged when I have a child. That's just the way it has to be.
*sigh* This has taken a lot out of me. I'm going to go and hit the bed for a while... then go and see my girl tonight. La de da...
